July is the perfect time to honor American Spirit, in this case both North and South, with a 4-course cocktail paired dinner inspired by cuisine and spirits indigenous to the New World.

Pisco Course
Gulf Fish Ceviche with Chili Oil and Popcorn

Mezcal Course
Chile Relleno with Smoked duck and Queso Fresco

Bourbon Course
Hot Brown with Brioche Pan Perdu, Roast Chicken, Bacon and Mornay

Rum Course
Tropical Eclair with Mango, Passion Fruit, Ginger and Molasses

$50 (plus $30 for cocktail pairings)
Reservations can be made at anytime throughout the night and order this dinner at the bar.
